For the Last Time

Location: Starbase M-69 Sickbay
Timeline: Concurrent

Cadet Brol arrived to sickbay to complete his on boarding physical for the academy. As he looked about he spied the odd person known as Ardoo.
" Are you sick?"
"Not really just waiting on the Doctor."
" Yea me too. Hiri can't sign my forms as she is my adopted guardian. " Leaf added.
" Bummer...right?"

Hearing voices out in the main area Ramvek walked over "Cadet Brol nice to see you again. What can I do for you" he inquired seeing Ardoo present as well.

Brol smiled and then replied " I am about to depart for the Academy and need my clearance physical."

"Absolutely, I can do that for you Cadet. Hop up on the bed and I will perform the physical" Williams stated with a smile always happy to help a Cadet. Taking his scanner he went over Brol from head to toe watching the screen as he did so. Minutes later the scans were complete "Everything looks good for your species and you are in excellent health. I will forward the results to the Academy so they will have the them before you arrive."

" Thank you sir. You are a wonderful healer." Brol replied as he jumped off the table and extended his wooden hand.

Shaking the offered hand "My pleasure Cadet; good luck and study hard at the Academy" Ramvek responded with a smile.

Turning his attention "So Ardoo my friend what can I do for you" Williams inquired.

Ardoo smiled as he too had need of the great healer Dr Ramveks .

" I just need a moment of your time Doctor. The Temporal Board has called you to the stand." Ardoo replied.

Thinking for a moment "Ok so when do they want me to take the stand" Doctor Williams inquired.

" Now?" Ardoo smiled.

That was't quite what the Doctor wanted to hear at the moment but he did promise to help Ardoo out "Alright let's go then."

" This should only take a moment." Ardoo said as he stepped closer and touches Ramvek's shoulder. Causing the room to spin and then they were gone.

< In the Nether >

A large half moon column stood before them as they appeared in what could be called a court room. Only there were at least 12 judges instead of one.

" Ardoo of the Overwatch you have been charged with high crimes and misdemeanours of violating the Temporal Accords. Do you plead guilty of these crimes? " a solemn voice from above called down.

" I have brought a witness, he is the Doctor..." Ardoo tried to say.

" You have brought the Doctor to defend you. This is outrageous." shouted one of the judges.

Another judge however was much more cordial. She appeared to be a humanoid and smiled at Ramvek and Ardoo as they approached her.

" Thank you your Honor."

" Doctor in your opinion is Ardoo worthy of redemption or vanquishment ?" the lady judge asked.

Realizing the severity of the situation Ramvek took a long breath then began "Your Honors, had Ardoo not intervened when he did I am certain our collective species would have ceased to exist as would our entire timeline" as he paused a moment "As a Physician, in my time with Starfleet, I have seen many unexplainable events but nothing of this magnitude before. So yes considering the heroic actions of Ardoo it is my opinion he is definitely worthy of redemption your Honors" he concluded.

Another Judge stood up from his bench. Not humanoid per say but he looked similar to one with his bearded face and scowling eyes.

" Did you say Starfleet? This is outrageous. What goul and opacity to call upon Starfleet when the plaintiff is clear a seperatist."

" You heard him...he is the Doctor and has aligned himself with Starfleet that ancient of old relics bent on preserving the dignity of the Accords. You both should banished to the forbidden zone." another judge pointed.

The female judge then spoke.
" It would seem their majority of the judges have made up their minds. Ardoo approach the bench and await the ruling. Doctor thank you for your witness. You may leave."

Ramvek did not like what he was hearing as he spoke up "With respect your Honors....if you condemn Ardoo for saving who knows how many countless lives then shame on you all!!!" as he paused a moment "Ardoo brought me to this place so how do you presume I go back to from where I came."

" Actually it won't matter. It won't be there anyway " replied a Vorgon judge.

The room shook and then out of nowhere where a smaller man in a burgundy colored coat joined Ramvek's side.
" Never mind them they wouldn't know the right thing to do anyway. The Doctor is right you know? If people like Ardoo didn't correct wrongs and discrepancies non of us would exist. Ardoo just simply rewound his watch to correct time. Shame on you indeed." said the white haired man in the burgundy coat.

The judges conferred and then the lady resumed.

" Doctor you were correct. Ardoo you are hear by released and placed on probation."

Ardoo smiled as he had been there before.

" Thank you." Ardoo addressed the old man. He then hugged Ramvek and aloud said "Thank you Doctor."

"You are welcome my friend but the gentleman standing next to me also was a presents in your defense" Ramvek responded quite pleased with the results "Just be more careful in the future with your gifts."

" Well done Doctor. It is always good to see one's self from time to time."

Turning to the smaller gentleman "You seem to have me at a disadvantage Sir....and you are?" Ramvek inquired with a smile.

" They just call me the Doctor. Good day gentlemen." the elder man said as he scooted off.
Ardoo smiled and took Ramvek by the arm."

" Let's get you back in time before they change their minds."

Ardoo was gone and Cadet Brol was just walking out of Sickbay having just received his physical for the academy. It would seem Ramvek Williams had merely yawned or day dreamed. But Ardoo inwardly exhaled following the events of the day with the Temporal Tribunal. He would never forget his friend the Doctor.
