With the events in the ER Sureth quickly called Captain Shauna Callaghan and Lt Commander David Wallace to sickbay as he awaited the fate of the new patient.

Shauna was taking a walk along the station promenade when Sureth called, making her way straight to Sickbay she walked in offering a warm smile. “Commodore, it’s good to see you back to full health Sir.”

" It is good to be healthy again. Dr Williams was about to sign my return to duty orders when this situation occurred. A Helthian freighter came in and they found a probable slave aboard. The Helthian is in the brig, where I want him to stay." Sureth replied.

“A slave?” Shauna shook her head. “Understood Sir, the Helthian will be kept in the brig until you say otherwise.”

David had gotten a page to had down to medical as he entered he could see why, "Commodore it's good to see you up sir." he said.

" Thank you Commander. I understand you have done well. I hope you will take our Second Officer Position along side you Intel duties?" Sureth replied..

"Gladly sir," David started "I have to get in touch with the intel operations officer at outpost three three seven about something."

" David when you came aboard I saw great potential in you and I have not forgotten it. I am sorry it took my illness to show that appreciation." Sureth replied.

"Thank you sir, I'll keep doing what needs to be done as well." David said

< After the attack >

In the brig the Helthian Skipper had blown his cool and now faced attempted murder charges along with slavery and other unscrupulous acts.

The Skipper then paused and sat on the slab of bed in his brig room. He had to get out and get the asset to the new owner or he was dead.

Fortunately he had radioed another Helthian Ship and it would be here any day.

Then the Skipper began a slow buzzing hum picked up by the rest of his crew.
