Sureth and Callaghan joined the security forces guarding the mooring to Jyeth's ship. Three security officers and Deputy 1 nodded.

" Captain the last one to enter was the Counselor." said the Security officer.

" Where is Dallas?" asked Sureth.

" He never showed sir."

" Damn it." Sureth replied

Lily watched from behind a pillar. She had to get on board that ship. Brol had knocked some sense into her, but she still felt the call. Besides which, she now knew Isabelle was aboard. She moved out into view and walked slowly over to Sureth and Callaghan.

" Lieutenant it isn't safe here please return to Ops." Sureth ordered

Shauna turned to look at Lily. “Why are you here Lieutenant?”

“Because she feels the call” Isabelle appeared beside her master at the hatch of the ship. “Just as you do Commander” Isabelle smiled. “You were bitten were you not?”

Shauna frowned. “No I...”

“Confusing isn’t it?” Isabelle smiled, looking at her master she disappeared back into the ship. There was a rear hatch she could use to usher Lily aboard whilst the others doubt, and attention was thrown in Shauna’s direction.

Lily got new instructions in her mind. She looked from the confused commander to the Captain. "I... yes, of course. Sorry Captain." she replied, and turned.

Absorbed by the ship Sureth lost focus of Lily and regrouped with the few security officers available.

As soon as she was out of sight, she made for the back of the ship. As soon as she found the back hatch, she slipped inside.

Isabelle was waiting, it was obvious from her pale complexion and fresh marks on her neck that their master had recently fed from her. “Welcome aboard Lily, now you’re aboard our master is ready to depart.”

"The ship can actually leave?" Lily asked. She was torn between duty and the call.

Isabelle nodded. “Now we’re both onboard it can, don’t be afraid Lily your place is here with us.”

Jyeth entered their compartment smiling. To Lily he was an old love from the academy and to Isabella Cal had returned to her to ask for forgiveness.

" Now we can be together for ever," Jyeth lied to both of them.

Isabelle nodded. “Forever!”

"Forever." Lily echoed, falling under Jyeth's sway. All she saw was the man she had loved. "Let's go."
