~Alben~

Yesrin and Maria made their way to the rendezvous point to an old rundown warehouse without any further incidents with the locals; that saved them quite a bit of time allowing them to get back on schedule. Yesrin grabbed the door handle but it was locked. Turning to Maria "Watch my six while I unlock the door."

"I got you" Maria replied with her phaser at the ready set to kill.

Grabbing a small device from her vest Yesrin placed it by the door and pushed a small button. The device scanned the keypad until it found the correct key sequence then applied it.....moments later Yesrin heard the door unlock. Placing the device back where it belonged she grabbed her phaser, tapped Maria on the shoulder and gave a head nod indicating to follow along.

Once inside the Team stood a few moments allowing their eyes to adjust to the low light before proceeding any further. Moving forward while looking around Yesrin thought "Jen are you sensing anyone else in here with us?" [ Yes she's over there behind those crates.... be careful she doesn't fire on you two.] Moving a little closer in her direction she called out "Mj....we're here to extract you."

After several seconds of silence "Who are you and how do I know I can trust you" came the inquiry of someone who was very cautious just trying to stay alive.

Moving just a little closer to her position "I'm Lieutenant Yesrin Jen from the USS Peel.....I can assure you, you can trust me.....we were sent by Star Fleet Intelligence to get you safely back to our ship" Yesrin explained trying to earn Mj's trust.

After another few seconds a woman came out from behind her cover with phaser in hand. Seeing that, Yesrin holstered her weapon, as did Maria, both raising their hands up "Trust us Mj we're only here to help you escape this vulgar place....the powerhouse behind me is Lieutenant Maria SanChez....she came with me on this OP."

Holstering her weapon Mj walked up to Yesrin and attempted to punch her in the face....she dodged the fist then placed her arm around Mj's neck "What the hell! We're trying to help you and you throw a punch at me?"

Mj relaxed "Sorry but I had to know for sure. I figured anyone who worked as an Infiltration Specialist would know how to handle a punch......you can release me now."

Doing as requested Yesrin released her grip but ready for anything else that might come her way.

Mj grinned "Relax Lieutenant, I see you can be trusted.....so what's the plan."

Meanwhile Maria stood by not thinking too highly of Mj at the moment and would like nothing better than to kick her ass; although she kept her opinions to herself.

Looking at Mj for a few moments a smile appeared "Well played, I probably would have done the same thing if I was in your situation" Yesrin commented "The plan is for all of us off this horrible planet as soon as humanly possible" as she paused looking towards Maria "You watch our six and any resistance we'll deal with it swiftly with finality."

Maria grinned "No problem boss" she replied unholstering her weapon.

Looking at Mj "You good?" as Mj gave a head nod. Grabbing her weapon as well Yesrin thought "Ok old friend help us get out of here" [Always....I'll keep an eye out.....metaphorically speaking" Jen replied. "Ok let's get this party started" as Yesrin took the lead followed by Mj with Maria bringing up the rear.

The trio walked slowly and cautiously only this time sticking more to the shadows so as to avoid any unwelcome confrontation. The process lasted about thirty minutes until they finally reached their extraction point. Hiding behind some large trees Yesrin opened her vest and tapped her comm badge "Peel, this is Yesrin....three to beam back" as she anxiously waited for a response.

~Peel~

~Transporter Room~

Hearing the call from Alben the Lieutenant acknowledged "Understood.....beaming you out in 3..2..1." To his surprise nothing was happening.....how could this be. Checking his screens it showed a lock on the three crewman but nothing else was happening "Yesrin....we seem to be having a problem getting you out of there....hang tight I'll inform the Captain and we'll get you out of there one way or another" the Lieutenant explained.

[Understood but make it quick....our safety may be at risk here] Yesrin replied not wanting to hear this news at all.

Tapping his comm "Captain this is Transporter Room One....I can't get a lock on the away team....I think the planet has some sort of shielding in place to prevent their beam out."

~Bridge~

O'Connell was not happy hearing the news knowing what was at stake "Understood" he replied "Keep trying....I may have a work around" came the order.

"I will Captain....I'll let you know if I'm successful" the Lieutenant replied.

Thinking for a few moments he knew what he had to do. Tapping his comm "Ensign Barot how soon can you be out in space" came the inquiry.

"Give me five minutes and I'll be on my way. I'm currently napping in one of the nines.....Lieutenant Jen asked me to be on standby in case they needed my assist " Samantha replied already warming up the warp engines."

"Excellent, we'll send you the landing coordinates....be careful and get everyone back safely" O'Connell ordered.

"Always Captain".

"Lieutenant Sayvek send the coordinates for the Infiltration team to Ensign Barot aboard the type nine shuttle. Looking towards tactical "Any signs of trouble go on the offensive"......Number One if needed set us to red alert" came the flurry of orders since time was of the essence.

Sayvek nodded and complied. This was looking and getting real now and everyone had to be at their best.

“Understood Sir” Shauna nodded. “I’ll be keeping a close watch.”

~ Shuttle Bay 1~

Ensign Barot already had the shuttle prepped and ready to go as she engaged the warp engines bring it to life. Checking the coordinates given by Science, Sam contacted the Bay Chief "This is Ensign Barot requesting permission to exit the ship" she stated eager to go get the Infiltration Team and their package.

"Permission granted. Bring everyone back safe " Chief replied having already been contacted by the Captain.

"That's the plan" as she engaged the thrusters "Lifting off the deck now" and moments later she exited the ship thinking to herself "You got this Sam; let's go get the ladies" as she went to full impulse straight ahead for a few minutes before turning and heading to the planet.
