[Transporter Room One]

Captain O'Connell had been notified that the ladies were due back aboard soon so he hustled to the Transporter Room; he wanted be present when they materialized.

Moments later Angel and Yesrin were back on the Ship. Jamie stood a moment noticing his First Officer's attire but didn't comment.

Angel looked at Jamie's gaze "Don't ask" she commented with a grin.

"No I wasn't going to" Jamie replied with grin of his own. Looking towards Yesrin "Lieutenant thank you so much getting the both of you back here safely" he stated with sincerity.

"You're welcome Captain; it was my pleasure" Yesrin replied. Looking at Angel "Take care and get some rest" then turning her attention back to the Captain "Is there anything else you require of me?"

"I think you've done enough for one day, so no you're dismissed" O'Connell stated with a grateful smile.

As Yesrin was leaving Angel looked at Jamie "Captain if I may go to my quarters and get out of this ridiculous outfit we need to talk tonight; you're going to want to hear what I have to say."

"Ok.....you must be famished.....why don't you go and change while I whip us up something to eat then we can talk" Jamie replied knowing it had to be important. Turning to the Operator "Ensign do a site to site transport for the Commander to her quarters" he ordered. "As you wish Captain; Commander if you'll set up on the pad a I'll send you home. Angel did as requested and moments later was on her way.

Looking to the Operator "Thank you" then Jamie turned and headed back to his quarters to get a meal together.

[Captain's Quarters]

Jamie was busy throwing together a quick meal when he heard his door go off "Come in" he stated in a loud voice; the door opened and Angel walked in dressed in civilian attire.

"Oh, that does smell good" she commented as she took her usual seat at the island.

"Nothing fancy, just some tomato soup and a toasted cheese sandwich to go along with it" he replied placing the food in front of Angel "Careful the soup's hot" as he sat across from her.

Taking a spoonful of soup "This tastes so good" as she continued eating the sandwich in between spoonfuls of soup. Shortly Angel put her spoon down looking at Jamie "I am so sorry I didn't listen to you when you suggested I return to the ship" then she paused "That wrong choice cold have changed my life permanently" as she felt a sadness wash over her.

Seeing Angel was a little down Jamie reached across the island and placed his hand on top of hers as she looked up at him "Angel don't beat yourself up over making a wrong choice....the important thing is you learn from it" he stated "Besides I would have torn that place apart looking for you if necessary."

Angel had to fight back the tears after hearing Jamie's last statement; it was probably fatigue setting in as well as just having gone through an unimaginable experience. She also knew had had to tell her Captain all the particulars.

"So what exactly happened down there; I need to know since my First Officer went missing" he inquired not expecting the answer he would get.

Taking a breath Angel began "The General showed me around the Medical Complex just fine. Then we went to another building and when I refused to go in he shoved me inside and little did I know he had my phaser so I couldn't defend myself" pausing a moment before going on "They threw me in a brig then made me strip naked in front of them. Then they gave me this tiny little bra and a breechcloth for clothing" as she stopped again looking Jamie in the eyes "They......they were going to sell me as a sex slave to the highest bidder......if that happened I was prepared to take of own life before I'd live like that."

Hearing Angel's tale of sheer madness Jamie could feel the Irish kick in as he went with it "BLODDY HELL!!!!!!" he said loudly then paused to collect himself "My apology for the outburst" taking a breath he continued "What the General was involved in is an act of war not to mention kidnapping of a Federation Officer" as he paused considering his options "Tomorrow at some point I'll be sending in the Marines to arrest the General. He'll be brought back here and locked in the Brig until we return to M-69 where he'll stand trial and most likely go to jail for his actions."

"He should for what that son of a bitch put me through" Angel replied more than ready for a little payback.

Thinking for a moment "So what about the guys that were in the building who actually made your life less than desirable" he inquired wondering just how busy the Marines were going to be.

"The six guys that were in the building......well let's just say they won't be doing that to any other women...ever. They attempted to stop us and Yesrin took most of them out....permanently" Angel explained "There is the leader of the rebels.....Clevex....I believe was his name but he was off their world for some reason" she explained actually feeling better having talked about it with a friend; which she considered Jamie.

"Having never seen Yesrin in action its sounds like she is, thankfully, very good at what she does" Jamie stated being very glad she was.

Angel grinned "Let me tell you, that women is a force to be reckoned with; I'm just glad she's on our side" then she paused "I literally owe her my life the way she went above and beyond what would be considered her duty" she concluded.

"I couldn't agree with you more Angel. So tomorrow I'll be contacting their government head and let him know what went on and my intentions" then Jamie paused "Would you like a day off from your duties to regroup, considering what you've been through; I can send Maria in your place."

"Absolutely not! I refuse to let him steal my power like that again; besides I want to see the look on that assholes face when he gets arrested and hauled off by the Marines" Angel replied with a stoic look.

"Fair enough" Jamie replied "Stay aboard until I give you the ok to proceed back to Valdaron" Jamie ordered wanting everything all setup beforehand.

"As you with Captain, plus it'll give me a chance to speak to the Engineering Team to see where they're at before we beam down to the Ring" Angel replied "Thank you Jamie for a nice meal and an attentive ear; I couldn't imagine going through something like this without you being here for me" as she stood "I should be going there is one other person I'd like to see before I call it a day."

Jamie smiled "I wouldn't have it any other way" he replied as he stood and walked Angel to the door "Sleep well Commander and I'll see you first thing in the morning" he commented. Angel smiled as she left the Captain's quarters.

Walking down the corridor Angel tapped her comm "Lieutenant Jen, I would like to speak to you for a few minutes if you're available" she stated.

"Sure, I'm in my quarters" Yesrin replied wanting to see how Angel was doing after such a terrible experience.

[Yesrin's Quarters]

Minutes later Angel palmed Yesrin's door chime. Hearing the door Yesrin opened the it with a smile "Angel please come in and make yourself comfortable; welcome to my home" as she stepped aside to let in her unexpected guest "Can I get you something to drink?"

"Thank you, I'll have a glass of wine" Angel replied as she sat on the couch.

Handing Angel one of the two glasses of wine Yesrin sat beside her facing her "So how are you doing; you had a rough day" she inquired with some concern as to Angel's well being.

After taking a sip of wine Angel set the glass on the table turning to face Yesrin looking her in the eyes "I'm doing ok but I can't tell you how grateful am I for you and your abilities" then she paused a moment "You literally saved my life and I owe you for that" Angel commented with sincerity in her voice.

Yesrin smiled "It was my pleasure to help you and you owe me nothing" then she paused a moment "After the nice evening we had in the Lounge awhile ago I had to get you safe; I'd like to see if that ends up going any where; if your so inclined" she replied while not hearing a word from Jen.

Angel smiled "I think I'd like that" she answered hoping something might come out of this in a positive fashion and maybe someone to be intimate with over time." Knowing it was getting late Angel stood "Thanks for the wine but I should be going and get some rest after the day I had today."

"Yes you should and if you need anything, no matter the time, please feel free to contact me" Yesrin commented with a smile as they walked to the door.

Turning with a smile "Thank you again and sleep well." Angel commented "And I will see you soon" as she left Yesrin's quarters so grateful for the friends she had aboard the Ship.
